We are very pleased to offer the option of selecting a preferred dispatch week! Available through our Corporate Ordering Platform, you can select your preferred dispatch week at checkout prior to submitting your order.
The dispatch time for Corporate orders varies depending on the type of order placed and the time of year.
- Paid orders with no branding
Orders placed and paid in full before 3pm (Sydney time) on a business day will be dispatched on the same day. - Paid branded orders
Orders that include corporate branding (such as gift tags or ribbons) will be dispatched within 1-3 business days, pending final approval of gift tag design. - Unpaid orders
Orders that are yet to be paid will be dispatched only after payment has been received in full.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow time for couriers to update tracking details as your hampers begin their journey.
You can also check the status of your order at any time, by logging in to your account and viewing "Saved & Past Orders".
