Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination. While we always aim for timely delivery, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date due to the volume of parcels handled by our external delivery partners.
As a general guide, please allow the following timeframes from the date of dispatch:
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
- Express Delivery: 1-3 business days
These timeframes are approximate and may vary by postcode. The guide is also displayed at checkout as a tooltip reminder to assist with planning your delivery.
All orders are dispatched from our Sydney, NSW location. If your hampers are being delivered to regional areas or to WA, NT, or TAS, we recommend allowing a few additional business days for transit.
