Why am I not receiving a passcode to log in to my corporate account?Updated 20 days ago
We have recently updated the security on our website, meaning that you will no longer require a password to log in. Instead, a one-time passcode will be emailed to you each time you log in.
If you are not receiving the passcode, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Email address was misspelt;
- The email has gone to your spam or junk folder;
- A firewall or email security setting is blocking it; or
- [email protected] has not been added as a safe sender.
You may find it helpful to search your inbox for the word “passcode” or for emails from “The Hamper Emporium”.
