When sending hampers to a business address, it’s important to include all required delivery details to ensure a smooth and successful delivery. Missing or incomplete fields can cause delays or failed deliveries, so please double-check the information before submitting your order.
Here's a little more detail on the most frequently missed, or questioned, order fields -
Recipient Name
This information will show on the shipping label only. This is a required field and is an important part of the delivery process.

Attention Delivery
Please complete this field with a contact or department name. For multiple hampers to one address, enter a generic contact like "Reception" or "Concierge" to streamline delivery.

Company Name
Make sure to include the company name in the delivery address.

Street Address 1 Field
This field must be completed with the relevant details, such as "Level 4, 123 John Street." Our system groups orders based on this field, so it's crucial to fill it out correctly when levels or specific locations are involved.

Delivery Instructions
If applicable, include suite numbers, level numbers or specific department information in the delivery instructions.
