What do I need to know about ordering a chilled corporate hamper?Updated 21 days ago

Our cheese hampers are carefully packaged and delivered using a refrigerated courier service to ensure freshness and quality, even during the Australian summer!

Delivery Method

• Cheese hampers are sent in insulated packaging, inclusive of an ice-brick and delivered using refrigerated vehicles.
• This chilled service incurs an additional delivery fee, as the temperature must be maintained throughout the transit period.
• Hampers are kept chilled in our refrigerated units until the dispatch date, which is based on your selected dispatch week.

Delivery Process

• Deliveries are available on select days only and are scheduled according to your chosen dispatch week.
• On the day of delivery, our courier will deliver directly to the recipient’s door between 7am and 6pm.
• If the recipient is not available and there is no safe, cool location to leave the hamper, the courier will:
  • Return the hamper to their refrigerated vehicle and depot.
  • Attempt a second delivery on the next scheduled run to the area.
  • If unsuccessful again, the hamper will be returned to our warehouse.

Authority to Leave & Proof of Delivery

• Authority to Leave is automatically applied to all cheese hamper deliveries, even if “Signature Required” is selected at checkout.
• Where possible, the courier will leave the hamper in a safe space at the premises.
• Proof of Delivery will be provided as a photo only.

Delivery Availability

• Refrigerated courier delivery is available in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide and major regional cities.
• Delivery availability may be limited to specific days of the week, depending on the shipping location.
• If the shipping location is not eligible for chilled delivery, an error message will appear.

Checkout Information

• Information including total price of delivery will be shown at checkout prior to confirmation.
• Prices vary per address. Cost shown is for the first hamper to each delivery address, all subsequent hampers to the same address are $9.95.
