How do I use the credit on my account?Updated 9 days ago

If you have credit available on your account, this can be used to pay for any future orders. To use this credit, simply:

  • Visit our website and log in to your account (click 'Sign In' on the top right);

  • Select the product(s) you would like to order; and

  • Use "Account Credit" as your payment method! 


The credit will automatically appear as a payment method on the checkout page:

To assist you in successfully placing your order using Account Credit, please follow these tips:

  • Contact our friendly Customer Service team with your new order number to confirm that your order has been processed.
  • If your checkout amount is $0 and you’re unable to finalise your order, please enter an additional payment method. This is for reference only and no additional charges will be made if your outstanding balance is $0.
  • If you do not have a password for your account, please notify our Customer Service team and they will assist you in setting one up.
