Welcome to The Hamper Emporium Bulk Ordering Platform!

This platform makes it easy to place a corporate order or send hampers to multiple addresses.

When you access the platform, you will be prompted to sign in to your account. This will be linked to the email address used for any previous orders.

We have recently updated our website security. You no longer need a password to log in. Instead, a one-time passcode will be emailed to you each time you log in. If you have any issues, our corporate team is happy to help.

If this is your first time ordering with The Hamper Emporium, you will be asked to enter your details to quickly set up a new account. If your billing information is based outside of Australia, please contact our corporate team; we can help you process your order.

Once signed in, you will be prompted to start a new order. You can also access saved orders, including any placed previously through this platform.


Start a New Order

You will be asked for the best contact number for your order. This will populate automatically if saved to your account. Please ensure it is valid and contains no letters.

You will also be asked to enter a name for your order. This helps you identify it later. If you need a purchase order number on your invoice, please also add it on this page. 


Hampers & Recipients

This table is where you can select your hampers and enter recipient information. If you have any difficulties, hover over the tooltips indicated by the “i” symbol for help. If the table does not display correctly, try a different browser or contact our team.

Hampers can be selected from the pop-up catalogue. Find your hampers by using the top-right search bar or filter using the left-hand menu. Clicking a hamper opens the product details, showing larger images and additional information. Each page also includes the hamper SKU, which is useful if you want to use the CSV upload instead. We will cover how to use this template in more detail shortly.


Recipient Information

You will need to complete one line per recipient. This information appears on the shipping label only.

If you are sending multiple hampers to the same address, you may nominate a single recipient in the attention-to field to distribute the hampers. Complete the company field only if the delivery is being sent to a business address. This helps the courier locate the correct recipient.

If you want each hamper to be personalised with individual names or messages, each recipient must have their own line in the system. Include the full street address, including unit or suite numbers. For longer addresses, use the second address field. 

Then, enter the postcode and wait for it to validate, select the suburb from the drop-down list. If the suburb does not appear, check the postcode.

You can enter delivery instructions to assist the driver. You can also include a recipient phone number. If it is linked to a MyPost account, the recipient can track the delivery. Please note that drivers cannot call recipients on arrival.


Gift Messages

You can choose between a personalised or generic card message. A personalised message allows individual greetings or messages per recipient. A generic message will be the same for every recipient.

Enter your card message exactly as you want it printed and include who it is from.


Using the CSV Template

If you prefer, you can download the bulk order template as a CSV file. This allows you to copy and paste information for multiple recipients at once. Please do not alter the formatting, as it may prevent the data from importing correctly. If copying from another document, please paste values only.

Please also ensure that the first column only includes the hamper SKU that matches your selection. Remember, these can be found on the product pages.

Once you are ready, you can upload the CSV file here. Depending on how large your order is, the upload may take some time.


Hamper Summary

In the bottom right-hand corner, you will see a summary of how many hampers you are ordering and the number of addresses. 

If you are missing any information, or are required to make any changes, an error message will show for the affected line. You may also be prompted to come back and make changes before payment.


Branding Options: Ribbon

While each hamper comes with our premium gold ribbon, for only an additional $5 per hamper, you can customise with a branded ribbon. A range of colours are available and logos can be printed in silver or gold foil. Please upload a single-colour logo with no gradients. Accepted file types are also noted here.


Branding Options: Card

All hampers also include a standard card, though for an additional $3 per hamper, you can add a branded card. You can select a design from our range, use an existing card design on file, or supply your own print-ready artwork.

If using one of our pre-designed templates, upload your logo here. Our graphic designer will adapt your selected gift card to suit your branding.

For first-time branded card orders, our team will request your approval on the design prior to print. 


Finalising Your Order

You will now see a summary of your hampers and branding selections. 

This is where you may choose your preferred shipping method. All non-chilled hampers are eligible for free standard shipping and discounted express shipping is available on all corporate orders.

Here is where you can also select your preferred dispatch week. This is when your hampers will leave our warehouse. Delivery times may vary.

If you have a discount code, such as an Early Bird offer, enter it here. Discounts cannot be applied after an order is placed.

We offer two payment methods: credit card or direct deposit. Orders are dispatched only once payment is received.

If you are unable to complete your order, please check for any error messages. These will show in red. If all information is entered correctly and you are still unable to proceed, please call our team.


Order Confirmation

Once you reach the confirmation screen, your order is being processed. Our corporate team will finalise details and contact you if needed.

You can access your invoice and track orders through the platform. Tracking will link directly to our shipping portal. You can also download a copy of your order at any time.
